Steel Strips Wheels Limited Recruitment 2024 Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manpower plans for each shift.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets.
- Perform daily and shift-wise machine checklist reviews.
- Inspect and verify poka-yoke systems for error prevention and quality control.
- Enforce and monitor safety measures on the shop floor.
- Review production and rejection data from previous shifts and document outputs, rejection rates, and reasons.
- Supervise die painting (cleaning) and die rework processes to maintain operational readiness.
- Operate and troubleshoot PLC programming and machines.
- Perform dimensional measurements of castings using instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) operations or related fields.
